1. Scope of Service
Through Mutlu Accounting, I offer DigiD account setup, preparation and filing of your income tax return (Aangifte Inkomstenbelasting), and applying for the healthcare allowance (Zorgtoeslag). The scope of each service is limited to the package description listed on this website.
2. Pricing
Services are offered at the fixed prices listed on this website. Prices are confirmed with you before the service begins. Any price changes apply only to future bookings and never affect a service already underway.
3. Your Responsibilities
To carry out the service correctly and on time, you need to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents (identity details, BSN number, income documents, etc.). I cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by missing or incorrect information.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Approval and the amount of any tax refund or allowance is ultimately determined by the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst). No specific refund amount or outcome is guaranteed; my commitment is to prepare and submit your application accurately and completely, in line with current regulations.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment is made before the service starts, or as otherwise agreed between us. If you cancel before the service has started, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has already begun, a reasonable deduction may apply for the work completed up to that point.
6. Limitation of Liability
I carry out my services with reasonable care and diligence. However, I cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from decisions, processing times, or delays caused by the Belastingdienst or other official authorities.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any dispute, we will first seek a solution in good faith.
